PURPOSE OF ROLE To gain the necessary product knowledge and selling skills to enable the transition from Trainee to Accredited Sales Executive. This will be achieved by attending theclient`s Academy which is a 6 month structured training programme consisting of a number of modules, throughout which specific milestones must be achieved in order to graduate. Modules will include Products, Systems, Leasing, Industry and Sales training. The role will involve both classroom and field training and will be measured by various KPI`s and targets. On graduation of the course, a short presentation will be given to a panel of senior management in order to demonstrate knowledge, understanding, judgement, application and success in learning and applying the methods of the Academy.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
To gain a thorough understanding of the sales process To understand and effectively demonstrate use of the Sales Academy To fully understand the complete range of financial options To have a strong working knowledge and be capable of demonstrating the full range of Mailroom products

To achieve targets To generate and qualify sales leads to non- customers by telephone canvassing, generation and follow-up of mail shots and cold calling To identify and canvass competitor accounts To assist in product demonstrations
